Grilled Tandoori Chicken Thighs 

Ingredients:

8 chicken thighs
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons tandoori paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
Salt and pepper, to taste 


Instructions: 
1. In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, tandoori paste, garlic paste, cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, and oil.

2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then place them in the bowl with the marinade and toss them until they are evenly coated.

3. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. 

4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

5. Place the chicken thighs on the grill and cook for about 8 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. 

6. Serve immediately with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
