Spiced Kebab is a delicious and easy to prepare dish that can be enjoyed as an appetizer or as a main course.
Here's what you'll need:
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
1 teaspoon of ground coriander
1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
1 teaspoon of garam masala
1 teaspoon of crushed cardamom pods
500g of minced beef
2 tablespoons of freshly chopped coriander
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic and fry until softened, about 3 minutes.
3. Add the cumin, coriander, chilli powder, garam masala, and cardamom pods and fry for a further 2 minutes.
4. Add the minced beef and fry until it is cooked through, about 8 minutes.
5. Stir in the freshly chopped coriander and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Form the mixture into small kababs and place on a greased baking tray.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
